2ND EDIT : ordered again and had 0 problems. Added another star though as it seems to be improving a little bit. The backorder thing and customer service is still pretty bad. Only after I've bought it and I can't even see when it's coming EDIT : I got another person to order for me and they were sent progress emails. Also every time after I have bought something so far it tells me it's on backorder. Like I know it's valid because that's where the package is heading.
